We stayed at this hotel in 2019. This is not my first vacation in Phuket, there is something to compare it with. The hotel is perfectly located, 5-7 minutes to Bangla road, near cafes, restaurants, market, 10-15 minutes to the beach. Very clean and well maintained, daily cleaning,towels are always fresh, shampoo and shower gels are replenished regularly. The breakfasts are varied, there is always a large selection of dishes. There is a swimming pool on the roof. If I am lucky enough to visit Phuket again, I will definitely choose this hotel again

We were in December 2019. We came to it by fortune. In general, it is quite normal for a "three-piece". Of the advantages: 1. Location of the hotel: everything is within walking distance, the beach is 10 minutes, Bangla Road, market, shopping centers.. 2. Room cleaning daily, change of towels - daily, water, tea, coffee in the rooms - daily, shampoo, gel - everything is as it should be. 3. Decent breakfast Buffet, there is enough of everything. 4. There is some kind of rooftop pool. In many treshki there are none at all. Of the cons: we lived on the 4th floor, the Windows facing the street are very noisy. My husband slept in earplugs) I wanted a balcony for evening walks, but it is so small that there are no chairs or a table. If you can choose, ask for block 1. There are bigger balconies, and there are rooms with a Jacuzzi. Yes, the staff does not speak Russian, but we do not speak Thai either)) English is spoken weakly and almost incomprehensible due to the peculiarities of articulation)) But that's not a problem right now. Google translator from Russian to Thai will help you. Fast, clear, easy. In general, the hotel deserves its 3*.
