If you said that you have reserved a table, for the record, it may not be accurate yet. They can kindly ask you to wait in their restaurant at Home, in the process of supposedly preparing a table. Which may not happen until the end of the evening. We had a table reservation contact with a manager or administrator named Ada. This is a place with an inflated pathos that does not value the time of customers.! In a word, time is money, so it sucks. The kitchen is so-so, the service is more or less.

Gratitude is a feeling that has its origin in the depths of the soul. From the bottom of my heart, with a magnificent bouquet of emotions, I write thanks to the guy who was the keeper of prosperity and comfort at our table (the waiter is an Erdaulet).
My team and I saw off the outgoing year in the atmospheric cozy restaurant The Teatre, the design and decorations were at the highest level and the main element was present – comfort. Yerdaulet comes up, offers a meat salad, I smiled diplomatically and refused, the second approach offers slicing, I also gestured "no thanks" and smiled so as not to offend. I peck at the cheese slices and fruit platters myself. After finishing serving my colleagues at the table, he returned to me with a cheese salad. "I noticed you refuse meat, can I put more of this salad?" my plate was not empty all evening, which happened earlier in other establishments. He brought more and more dishes and chose everything without meat. Moreover, before the main hot dish was released, he asked how and what was better for him to serve "you will need to eat hot," he provided a full range of options to choose from, and we chose the most acceptable for my diet. That's not all, I noticed that this dish was only mine. For all are meat. Bravo! This person hears a low bow for humanity, for respecting the characteristics of everyone, that someone cannot accept a meat dish, and yes, he is a true professional in his field, and this is possible if you give yourself with soul and love to your work. I bow low to you, Yerdaulet! I appreciate and thank you, I have not met such a level of service in any restaurant in our city, and I am a vegetarian with experience, believe me there is something to compare it with.
