We ordered there often, a check starting from 100 rubles, it was good, once better, once a little worse (weekend workload, I understand everything), the desire to remain a customer remained, but the last 3 orders..
I immediately got a piece of film in one of the rolls, I took a picture right away, we wanted to send it to them, but in the end we didn't even write about it anywhere, because well, sometimes we're all people, we get tired, we can't keep up.
In the next order, there was frankly rotten squid in one of the rolls, we informed the restaurant personally about this, so that no one else would have such situations, a simple apology would have been enough for us, we did not insist on any discounts, extras, etc., and did not even stutter, but the restaurant itself offered us a 50% discount%,a free set, the same one that had a ruined roll and their signature roll as a gift on the next order
When the company decided to place this order with all the "apologetic" offers of the restaurant, we ordered only one set, because we were promised all sorts of extras, they promised and did not bring, only a discounted set and additional sauces, they answered on the phone that "sorry, your extras were accidentally given to another customer",when we explained that if we were initially told that we were only ready to provide a discount, we would simply place a bigger order so that everyone would eat, to which we were told that the cafe would not have time to do anything until 22:00, let's bring everything to you next time (pre-order for 21:15 was placed at about 5:30 p.m., they arrived at 21:40, but it was also nonsense, Saturday, but after the whole situation it also left a residue), in the end, everyone was angry and hungry (thank the dumplings)

The order included Tom Yam soup, Sinatra Sushi Set and two nut sauces. Unfortunately, one sauce was not delivered to us, considering that the order was not small. Tom yam soup should be spicy, usually when ordering at TokiNY, the soup was spicy and very rich, but the soup is just about nothing, there is no question of any spiciness. You can decide for yourself here. There was still hope for sushi. But there is also a huge disappointment. Sushi is tasteless from the word at all. I especially disliked the Mussel Takuan roll and Philadelphia with a Pear. There are very big questions about the freshness of these rolls.
