Wonderful staff, top-level service. The rooms are clean and cozy. We stayed in a suite. A quiet courtyard and an authentic atmosphere. I liked everything very much. I would especially like to mention the national cuisine in the restaurant, everything is very tasty and with a kind atmosphere. I recommend it if you want to plunge into the oriental environment.

The trip to Kazakhstan started with this hotel. It looks like a house from the cartoon Aladdin. It can be seen that the hotel is old, but very cozy, like an oriental fairy tale. By the way, we went on Belkovich's recommendation. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms were cozy, but the windows were round and closer to the ceiling, which didn't bother me. The rest of the room was 4+. Breakfast is served in the courtyard, very authentic. Always serve fresh vegetables and one dish to choose from. Tea, fruits and necessarily sweet baklava, Everything is very tasty. I definitely recommend it
