Our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing, which is why we had to leave early.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was in very poor condition: the carpets were dirty, the bed sagged, and there was a strong chemical smell, which made it difficult for me to breathe. We couldn't sleep at all because of these problems. Overall, the room was in terrible condition.
We asked to change the room, but our request was refused. Therefore, we decided to leave early, as it was impossible to stay in such an environment. We checked out on September 29 at 9:40 a.m., the staff asked us to contact the booking department during business hours to request a refund at least 5 days out of 7.
Since Monday, I have been trying to contact the hotel and the booking department by phone and email (reservation2@axxoshotels.com , director.president@axxoshotels.com , reception.president@axxoshotels.com ), but there is no answer. Today they answered on Google maps that there will be no refund and you need to contact the insurance company. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hotel rooms with a magnificent view of the Vltava River and the Prague Castle. The rooms are clean, cozy, spacious. The hotel also has a spa and an incredible restaurant. I recommend taking a cheese plate and mashed potatoes with truffles!
Lovely hotel) we had a large spacious room with a view of the river, with a podium) 2 sinks, a shower and a bathtub. The staff is 5 points) very friendly. The food in the lobby bar is a little greasy, and everything is very tasty) the breakfasts are good, but they do not particularly pamper with variety, but from what there is, the choice is quite large. Swimming pool, massage. And of course the location of the hotel is very convenient)

The location is amazing, the staff is outwardly smiling and helpful, and if you turn your back on them, you are ready to spit in the back. Once I found out from the signal tags that they were studying clothes. It is a pity that the hotel does not have its own face, like the old hotels... And so everything is decent and the prices are more or less adequate.
