The park is very nice, but there are many copecks. The mayor of this district, I think, thinks that the cops cut him off, or, to put it slang, he's a pusher. Do not separate your child from his eyes

The view to the lake is close to zero, the municipality's security stands, it's safe, there's a cafe inside, there's a basketball court and a barbecue place
