Overall, I liked the hotel, great location if you like silence, without passing cars. We slept with the window open and enjoyed the birdsong. The center is a 15-minute walk away.
Very nice staff!
A comfortable bed, a small refrigerator, a kettle in the room, and everything you need.
The only reason I give 4 stars is breakfast. They were monotonous and I ate the same food for 4 days. Omelette, vegetables, sausages, cheeses, sausages, apples, sweets, tea and instant coffee. There is plenty to choose from and to eat too. But it's average in taste. I liked the croissants. They were delicious. I warmed up all the food in the microwave, as it was already cold by 9 a.m. For my personal taste, I would like to make breakfast more varied.
But the impression of the hotel is still pleasant, close to the center and in a quiet green place.

Nice hotel. Everything is new and beautiful. One huge but. We stayed at the hotel in early November, the heating did not work. In the rooms (we had a suite), the electronic thermometer showed +16. We went outside to warm up. The child slept in 3 suits, in a hat. My husband brought a sleeping bag from the car. It feels like we spent the night on the street. When asked to make it warmer, the receptionist told us that there are no air conditioners in the rooms. There is general air conditioning for the entire hotel. And they can't change the temperature for us. There was no view from the room, although the location is good, it closes the private sector. The breakfasts are decent

The photo does not reflect reality at all. The first thing that confused me was the door to the room. It was as narrow as the kolibrator of Pobeda Airlines)). There is not a single closet in the room for four, some kind of parody of a closet in a small niche. The bathroom is just as small, uncomfortable and, most disgusting of all, no ventilation, no air freshener! The room smelled damp all the time. We lived in a family suite on the 1st floor with a "private garden", or rather a pathetic parody of a garden)). In general, it did not work out to cancel the room, the money is not refunded. If you're on austerity, go ahead. I do not recommend it to others.

Everything is fine, but the temperature in the room is 16 degrees. There is no way to increase it. The administration refuses to solve the problem, saying that this is the norm. I have to warm up going out on the balcony....
