Aaaaa, the best hotel in Astana!!! What a view from the balcony!!! It was shocking. Service for 5+. The amenities are on the level. The staff is beyond praise. The food is amazing. Shops are within walking distance. There is an Eiffel Tower on the territory 🔥 all my recommendations!!! Take a room with a balcony, it's gorgeous!!!

Great hotel, conveniently located, wonderful restaurant. Problems are solved quickly (towels and a bathrobe were terrible, washed, changed immediately after contacting) An unacceptable situation is that at night the cleaner opened my room with her key and let strangers into the room, there are no censorious words to describe the situation

Beautiful solid 4. Large spacious rooms, access to a balcony, park view.
The room is very, very hot! Open windows save, but as we have noticed, everyone in Kazakhstan loves warmth.
We were checked in at 6:00 a.m., thank you very much.
It is more beautiful in this hotel in summer, the view will be magical!
The staff is obviously trying, but it's not 5*.
Considering that I've been starving all this time in Kazakhstan, the food just doesn't suit us there.
Strange soup, strange pasta, cheesecakes, the children did not eat, croissants seem to be normal, but these do not suit me.
So it's a solid 4.

A wonderful hotel with a spa complex! We visited the SPA every day. A large selection of breakfasts, the main menu at the hotel is varied! Excellent sound insulation in the rooms. On demand, everything was given what was needed. The only thing I didn't have enough coffee in the room -I ordered it at the hotel restaurant.

A nice, cozy hotel. Helpful staff, well done. We arrived late at night and were fed at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is on the level. The only thing is, I would add height mirrors to the rooms, as in chain hotels and TV channels, there are a lot of them, but all are blocked for some reason, 2-3 channels are only working.. And so, yes, I recommend it.

The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, on the banks of the river. The staff is helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in time and left a couple of hours later than the check-out, while we were not charged an additional fee. The rooms are very cozy and clean. I especially liked the sauna and hammam. We were alone there the whole time we were there. If it happens that we go to Kazakhstan, then the choice of the hotel is obvious and this is The One

Mark 5+. Excellent. Taking care of the guests is beyond praise. After the snowstorm, an employee came with a shovel, apologized and removed the entire balcony from the snow without any requests. The rooms are clean, warm, well-soundproofed, and spacious. The location is extremely good, the view from the window is wonderful. Payment with Russian cards does not go through, stock up on tenge. Just 150 meters from the hotel there is an amazing rooftop restaurant with excellent cuisine and fantastic views. I recommend

The location was taken closer to the US Embassy. In the end, we decided that 30 minutes on foot is so-so proximity. The location is such that it is far everywhere.
A decent large veranda. It seems the place is well suited for a banquet.
An inconvenient ramp for strollers: a steep slope and slippery material is a dubious solution.
The second leaf of the door at the entrance opens no one knows how, so it will not be easy to roll up oversized luggage or a double stroller, as was the case in our case.
The staff is very hospitable. Everyone tried very hard. It was nice.

The hotel is newly built. Everything is fresh, which is not unimportant for me. The mattress is hard! Sleeping is a pleasure. Good location. The hotel has a restaurant. The menu is not big, but the food is delicious. Keep in mind that it is often reserved for celebrations. It may be noisy from the restaurant or guests who book rooms. The service is at a good level. I would put 4.5, but there is no such estimate.

Excellent hotel: good interior of both the rooms and the hotel as a whole, very convenient location, on a hot day you can sit under an apple tree in the garden and eat apples :)) and in the evenings, take a walk in the park along the river. And, most importantly, it is the hotel staff, very professional and customer-oriented staff))), which gives a feeling of even greater comfort! I took off the star because of the hotel restaurant, the food is not bad, but IT takes a VERY LONG TIME, and there is only one waiter! He constantly had to be searched for 10 minutes

Not the most convenient location, the city center is about 15 minutes on foot across the bridge. The renovation in the hotel is fresh, high ceilings, a bathrobe and slippers in the room are clearly not cheap, although for some reason the air conditioner did not work. The location is great, but unfortunately in six months everything has changed for the worse. Coffee is not provided for breakfast, as the coffee maker does not work. Everything is cold. In the room, the water from the sink barely leaves, the drains are clogged. There was noise, dancing, and drunken shouting in the next room for three nights in a row. But the hotel administration is not worried about this.

Great view from the room and that's it. But it's not 5 stars, it's 3 stars at most. It's cozy, but everything is already battered and worn. The food is at the 3 star level with meals. The coffee machine is not working.
