The place used to be amazing for the past 2 years I’ve been visiting and being a costumer on a daily basis nonetheless..
Recently some changes in the staff have been leading to me showing up less and lesser, today was a breaking point, quality of the services went to 0
The staff barely understands anything (in any language) there’s supposed to be fresh juice option, most days they do you a favor if you can purchase a juice….
Today had my coffee with regular milk (I’m allergic to..again I am a returning costumer daily!) they are also running out of proper takeaway cups and have to improvise often…..
Really a shame, it used to be a great place

A cozy and delicious place. A variety of breakfasts for every taste, and desserts are beyond praise - aesthetic and delicious + a very large selection.
There are also always fresh pastries - croissants, baguettes, bread.
I often come here for breakfast, the waiters are always nice and friendly.
I definitely recommend you to visit!

I've heard good reviews from friends about desserts and food in Odi, so I decided to start from this point, but I was a little disappointed. The service is good, the staff is friendly, clean and beautiful, but there are questions about the food
The desserts are beautiful, but I was disappointed that they were stale on Sunday morning (although the counters were full). We sampled 3 desserts, but only one of them turned out to be fresh and delicious. The second one was hard with candied caramel (not a very good experience for 16 rubles), and the third one was also candied.
The same thing happened with baking. We had croissants with shrimp. It tasted like a good combination of ingredients and large shrimps, BUT the croissant was cold (usually at least at room temperature or slightly warmed up), and the pastry itself was stale and hard (
In general, it is at this address that I do not want to give a second chance at food.

We visited this place yesterday. Unfortunately, only negative impressions remained. First of all, everything was hard and stale. Secondly, in the end, for some reason, I wanted to open the sandwich and see the filling. Apparently, intuition worked. I open it, and there's a hair. Calling the waiter, explaining the calico. She just silently picked up the plate and left. She returned 10 minutes later and offered to replace it with dessert. But as they say, I have no appetite anymore. No one even said a trivial "sorry." Obviously, we won't be coming back any sooner and we won't recommend it anymore. Usually in other institutions, if this happens, they resolve issues normally.

Pastry shop is a real paradise for sweet tooth! The desserts here are simply delicious: every bite melts in your mouth, and the flavors are thought out to the smallest detail. A wide selection of desserts for every taste, especially pistachio options. From ice cream to pistachio cream puffs, everything is perfect. Moderately sweet, natural and concentrated. Not bad fruit teas, as for coffee, it's usually stable here - nothing bad or outstanding.

A beautiful place, delicious breakfasts (benedict top), sea buckthorn tea is very rich and moderately sweet, friendly staff! There is no service in this institution as such , there is no attention to the client - on Sunday there is a 20% full hall , no more than 3-5 people in the queue passing for coffee !
A family of four, after sitting for 30 minutes, did not wait for the waiter - although I went to the counter and drew attention to myself))) they did not even offer a menu) they said the waiter would come to you - WTF I put 1 for the food, they did not try it - but judging by the service, it is clearly not very good here ( in absentia )

I do not recommend this institution for several reasons:
1. The staff always walks around with an arrogant look, as if they owe them something. Go to the same Buns and see how the staff works and what the situation is.
2. Ordered a takeaway breakfast. Underweight 140 g.... (I'm attaching a photo). And also the menu says WITH FRESH BERRIES, but there are none. Ask why he did not come down and did not return it, because this breakfast was supposed to be festive and did not want to spoil the mood for himself and his wife. Nerves are more important. But you've lost your client.
It is very sad that such a pastry shop occupies a place in my house..

Good coffee, awesome pastries. The pleasant atmosphere of the coffee shop itself. My favorites are a croissant with almonds and pistachio or raspberry puff. Each one has the most delicate filling. You can have a nice time with a friend over a cup of fragrant coffee. I recommend.
