Mulia Hotel , excellent rooms, one hundred villas are located on the territory, each villa has a swimming pool, top-level service. Cuisines are Indonesian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese. Abundance of seafood. And desserts make your eyes work out.. I really liked it.

The hotel is simply gorgeous!!! The rooms are cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, snow-white linen. A large selection for breakfast and dinner, everything is delicious) Free sun beds and good towels are always available)

I'll give you one star for the lady who stood at the reception! Daria is the most incompetent employee and the most negative person you could ever meet! We stayed at this hotel from December 26th to January 6th, for us the only Russian-speaking employee was Daria, communicating with her from the first minutes of check-in, before departure she did not help us at all and did not inform us! Her arrogance and displeased face know no bounds! When you ask her something, you get rude in response! We were given a very large check, although we had half board, our English was not enough to explain ourselves at the reception and in the restaurant, and we asked Daria to help us. Instead, she was rude again and left without explaining where. We waited for her, but she didn't help us.
We were very disappointed! We travel a lot, but we've never seen such a boorish attitude from Daria, and even more so in a five-star hotel!!!!
The food in the restaurants is delicious, the area is clean and well maintained.
But the choice of Russian-speaking staff should be approached more carefully.

This is the first time we have been to this hotel and I give it 10 out of 10
Chic interiors, cleanliness all around, well-trained staff, dressed in uniform, everyone is friendly and responds even to a glance in their direction, be sure that they will always help you and go to a meeting.
Good nutrition. Cleaning the room according to the line. They'll bring as much water as you need. There is a separate, pleasant story about the toilet. I have never encountered such a thing. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioner does not blow directly onto the bed.
The territory can be compared to Eden - everything is surrounded by greenery. There are divine palm trees all around without dry and broken branches.
The beach is clean, towels are always available. Beach boy always helps with everything. Our sea was clear. We went in March. There are enough sun beds.
The gym impressed me: big, lots of exercise equipment, panoramic windows, that's it.
Fast washing and so high quality that I thought we had brought new things))
The whole area is guarded.
We forgot to close the safe with documents and money, went on an excursion ... returned, worried that they were no longer inside. But there was a note on the safe saying that the staff had discovered it and blocked it. They called the reception, security came and opened it. Everything was in place. They laughed.
Next year, we want to return to this hotel with my husband. In many ways, our impressions of Bali remained wonderful, thanks to the Mulia Resort hotel.

A wonderful hotel
Our first vacation in Bali, the hotel is excellent, the food, the beach, the pools, the customer orientation is at a high level, the spa is more expensive than 4seasons))

An excellent hotel, the territory is gorgeous, the level of service is high, the food in the restaurant is very tasty and the service is at the highest level, the prices are not high for this level. I recommend trying the tuna salad there. We will definitely come back to you again if possible
