A wonderful hotel that fully complies with the principle of Xiaomi — top for your money.
With a fairly cheap price and favorable location, it offers good service, cozy rooms and delicious breakfasts.

What did you like:
The Luxx Hotel is located within walking distance from the main attractions of the European part of Istanbul.
At the same time, there is very good transport accessibility: the berths of the Golden horn ferries are located nearby, the tram stop and the Marmaray station are nearby.
Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, plentiful and varied. A few dozen meters from the hotel there are many cafes where you can have a delicious dinner.
Excellent Wi-Fi reception in the room, with not bad speed.
I booked a standard double room (with two beds), I was given a family five-bed room. The room was really big!
What didn't you like:
The rooms need to be renovated. The whitewash in the bathroom is crumbling, the shower cabin without a door, fungus on the ceiling, towels with holes. Hot water changes pressure as it is used, then disappears (only cold water flows) then appears. There was no hairdryer in the room, although a regular place is provided. The TV was showing poorly and only one program.
The elevator makes a lot of noise.
In general, it produces the appearance of a shabby flophouse.
