A cozy hotel with an excellent location.
Compact, very well maintained green area. The rooms are spacious and decorated in the same style. The rooms are well equipped (well-planned shower/toilet, quiet powerful air conditioning and refrigerator, safe, tea set, dishes, lots of hangers for clothes, large enough mirrors, blackout curtains, lots of sockets, dryer/armchairs/table/ashtray on the terrace). Good sound insulation.
Daily high-quality cleaning with replacement of linen and bath/beach towels. 0.6 liters of water per guest in glass bottles are updated daily.
The breakfasts are more European. The local cuisine is usually represented by two hot dishes. For example, fried noodles and curry. It is a pity that there is no local soup. But I was surprised by the variety of egg options: fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs and interactive omelet preparation with fillings. There are enough pastries and jams. Two types of yoghurts, one type of cheese, two types of fruits. Delicious coffee from coffee machines. Aromatic drinks in coolers made from local fruits. Soundly, tasty, does not bother.
On the eve of an early check-out from the hotel, lunch boxes were ordered. Unpacked at the airport - very satisfying and delicious.
The friendly staff adds a good mood to the overall atmosphere. All issues are resolved promptly and with great willingness. Communication in English and universal sign language)
The hotel's pool is small and open until 7 p.m. With the sea nearby, the pool was more used as a place for photo shoots.
There are plenty of sun beds around the pool. Both around the pool and on the lawns between the pool and the hotel buildings - in the shade and in the sun.
Free Wi-Fi is confidently available throughout the hotel. Right from the entrance.
Rented equipment can be left in the hotel parking lot.
Opposite the exit from the hotel there is a short shady path to the sea, 100 meters away. There is no beach directly from the hotel, as well as all the hotels around. The beach is shared both to the left and to the right, as far as the eye can see. You can stay where you like. It is very free and sparsely populated. Dense sand in the tidal zone, loose closer to the hotels. The tides are noticeable, but it is comfortable to go into the sea at any time. The highlight is the swing on the beach and the lighthouse opposite. Traditionally, there are no toilets or showers. But, this is compensated by the proximity to the hotel. You can rinse your feet at the entrance to the hotel at the gym.
The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, excellent views of the mountains, sheltered by tropical trees. The hotel is conveniently located in relation to all the activities of the area: massage parlors, exchangers, grocery and souvenir shops, pharmacies, restaurants, rental offices, taxis, laundries, tour desks - all within walking distance in any direction from the hotel. We can say that the hotel is in the center of Khao Lak. The night market is three kilometers away - 5 minutes by tuk-tuk.
In general, compared to Phuket, there is a sense of slowness and lack of fuss. It's unusual, but also not bad. This is a feature of Kao-Lak, that's what it catches on.
To sum up, the choice of the hotel completely coincided with our expectations. Everything set us up for the vacation that we had planned and, as a result, received.

A great hotel, a fairly convenient location - there are a lot of small cafes around, a 7-Eleven in ~ 8 minutes walk, a lot of massage parlors. The hotel does not have its own access to the beach, but the common one is very close.
We were at the end of the rainy season - we saw the sun for only a couple of hours all week, but tropical rains are also a very interesting topic, we liked it.
We lived in a Cottage-type room with a view of the pool - the room offers a cool view, there is a small balcony, comfortable furniture.
The breakfasts are really delicious, there is a small variety, but the basis is always the same. The fruits have always been watermelon and pineapple/pitaya/melon. You can ask the chefs for boiled eggs, fried bacon and a few more dishes.
The staff is very friendly, we were checked in very quickly 3 hours before the start of the check-in.

The hotel, like Khao Lak in general, left a very pleasant impression. We were well received and settled in immediately. We took the villa and did not regret it) Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, the beach is nearby. We were in low season, the sea was stormy, but we swam, jumped on the waves, the sea was very warm, we never even swam in the pool. There are few people on the beach, and no more than five people in the sea) There were few Russians, mostly... I don't even know who they are, but they are so cultured, well-mannered, no screams, no screams, no drunks, no tobacco smoke, for the first time in 20 years of traveling there was such a cool vacation. There are many cafes, pharmacies, exchangers nearby, ten minutes walk to 7-Eleven. The room has a refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, dryer, shampoo, shower gel, kettle, tea, coffee. Very beautiful nature, the territory of the hotel is better than in the photo.
