Wonderful place for Relax. They have few pools, And one of them, with salt water, and with beach sand.

It's a wonderful place! This is our first time in Bali, we came with two small children aged 3 and 6.
Incredible cleanliness, very, very friendly staff who try to do everything for your wonderful time.
The breakfast was incredibly varied, on the second day the staff already knew exactly which drinks we preferred, they immediately organized everything.
The location is close to Bali Collection, where you can visit completely different restaurants and cafes.
For children, Nusa Dua is perfect. The water is fantastic, clean, and warm!
Large waves are farther from the shore, where you can also surf for adults.

I really liked this hotel. New rooms with no smell, access to the promenade and 10 minutes to Bali collection.
Very good breakfasts. There are different cuisines. A good buffet.
Incredibly beautiful territory. The whole area is surrounded by greenery. Beautiful pools.
Some rooms have access to the saltwater pool. It beautiful
There is a beach club. There is a restaurant on the beach. But you can go out and go to the neighboring hotels to any beautiful restaurant on the beach.
Excellent service. Everyone is very nice.

A wonderful hotel! We lived in it for a week, the room was on the ground floor with access to the saltwater pool. Unreal pleasure! A very varied breakfast, a lot of European and local cuisine, juices, fruits. The staff is always very helpful. Everyone smiles and makes pens into a house - I understand that this is their local, but it's very cute and I want to smile back at them. The sun beds on the beach are comfortable with thick pillows and clean. One disadvantage is that there are only 2 positions: either you sit like a soldier or you lie down. The territory of the hotel is very picturesque and you can walk, run or ride a bike along the sea past the hotels, along the way there are many restaurants. I recommend it 100%.

We booked a villa.The location is private.The villa itself is cozy, spacious, with its own clean pool.It feels like home.His butler, who drove us around the hotel and solved all the issues.The service is without complaints.The food is delicious.And behind the Bali Collection hotel as well.There were always empty seats on the beach.The sea in November is perfect in temperature, there were some algae, but this is not a problem for us.Delicious ice cream was distributed for free.In the evening, sometimes there was a dancing program.There was no more entertainment.I didn't like the massage at the SPA.Overall, the hotel is wonderful and I want to go back there!

We had a vacation with our family in July 2024. We took a room on the ground floor with access to the pool. It's very original and everyone liked it. Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good breakfast (buffet). Lunches and dinners are not bad, but you need to choose a restaurant for yourself. There is a menu, there is a buffet. The prices for restaurants are not exactly budget-friendly. Guinea fowls, squirrels, ducks, etc. walk around the territory. Everything is very beautiful. A small minus is the tides on the ocean. But this is a feature of Bali.

We rested at the hotel in early October, the hotel itself is gorgeous, there are many pools, including with sea water. The rooms are good, but I didn't like the breakfasts, I was looking for something to eat, a 2-year-old child has nothing to eat at all, there was always one porridge - herculean on water without salt and sugar, in a word, I didn't like the food! The price for everything is just horse, beer 0.33 liters - 7 dollars, coca- 5 dollars, coffee- 5 dollars, family dinner at the hotel in the restaurant - 250 - 300 dollars, just eat a burger, it goes with potatoes they have 5 thousand rubles for our money! There is no animation at all! The sea is nearby, but there were tides when the tide was still knee-deep! We went to dinner at the Bali Collection near the shopping center and went to other places, but the prices for tourists are expensive everywhere, but cheaper than at the hotel! And also be careful in exchangers, they cheat, and if you change a lot, they cheat a lot, they give you small bills on purpose to throw a pack off the table, count the money! It is better to exchange at the hotel, there is a lower rate, but at least they will not be deceived! As a result, you need to go so far with a bag of money, and the vouchers are not cheap, we will not go any more!

The hotel is nice, probably the best of the nearby beaches on this cluster. There's not even much to dig into. The rooms were clean, there were plenty of sun beds, and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is super! The food is excellent! The rooms are new, they are cleaned 2 times a day, just for a minute! ))) Everything is sooo delicious!!! The only choice is too small, but this is not a problem for us! But there are two disadvantages: you need to catch the ocean in time to swim (tides, tides) and very expensive alcoholic beverages, as everywhere in Bali! So, stock up!!!

A very beautiful, cozy hotel!!! Lots of clean, warm pools. I liked the restaurants à la cart-delicious and beautiful serving (the only drawback is that I don't know how to cook steak). The breakfasts are not bad, but I would like to see a fish as well. Nice spacious rooms with excellent access to the pool (we lived on the ground floor).

Memo:
1) the room is good (cleanly, it is clear that the room stock is not young, but they take care of it)
2) view of the hood (in the garden)
3) the breakfasts are delicious (there is everything you can wish for), except that there is no red fish
4) the cocktails are great (just delicious)
5) toilets on the beach are on fire, with air conditioning
6) everything is very clean
Which is not very good:
1) the sea (at 12 o'clock in the afternoon the tide is out and there is generally a puddle, not the sea and it is terrible)
2) There is no kids club in the hotel and no activity for children) just need to know
3) it is very expensive and tasteless to eat (right in general) it is strange with awesome breakfasts
4) there is a shopping center nearby, but a small place (it looks like a gardener's market), you can eat there, but the assortment is small and so far we have not found a delicious place

Great hotel! Everything is at the highest level. (Check out the photo of the pool toilet ) Cleaning 2 times a day, almost never seen - when) it's amazing - like ghosts) everyone says hello. 😁 The elevators have air conditioning ! The hotel's territory is like paradise, with an insane number of pools (salty, regular) that are cleaned several times a day. Three restaurants. The breakfasts are the best I've seen. A pleasant place to relax, it was often chosen for recreation.Manager Daria has always helped, now I don't know if she works, the last time we were there was in January 2020.In general, I like Nusa Dua for the location-it is safe, clean, there is a place to go shopping and have a nice meal. There is a good grocery store and shops of local products within walking distance.It's past Marriott to go..One of my favorite places is the bird Park., it's a miracle.

There is a separate room with air conditioning, but not for smokers. The prices are reasonable, but as it turned out, they are not the lowest in the area, as was read in the reviews. The food is cooked decently and tasty. The service is also on top, fast enough. Among the features, these are wet wipes at the beginning and a welcome iced tea. The prices are reasonable, although a bit expensive. A check with wine, not the most expensive, and a family fee of $ 60 for two people. The cuisine is presented both Indonesian and European. There is seafood. After 18 hours, when ordering the main course, salads and soup from the chef are free, like a buffet.

Dear friends, if you are going to stay at the Laguna Spa Resort in Bali (Nusa Dua location), it is better to change the Hotel right away! For such Money, it absolutely does not correspond to 5*, maximum 3* today I was born again!!!!in the morning, there was a collapse on the balcony!!!!!!The ceiling on the balcony has fallen!!!!!thank God, I was sitting a little further away and did not fall on my head, but only touched my leg next to it, the total weight of 10-15 kilograms is not less than concrete and plaster!!!!!I was very scared, thank God the child was in the room and not on our balcony!!!I am very scared and shocked!!!my child could easily have had his head crushed, and the 15 kg that fell would have been enough for me to lose my life !!Usually 5* hotels all over the world provide further accommodation and Meals for free (to make up for the situation somehow), but in this hotel everything is different !!!, they just changed my room and that's it!!!I will never return to this Hotel again, and I do not recommend it to you! Terrible , very expensive , old and therefore very dangerous !!!!the structure of the hotel is very fragile , they mask the old stuff , only with a fresh white whitewash , not thinking what might happen to the guests of the hotel 😢😢😢Take care of yourself and your children!!!!!while I was arguing with the administration, they quickly called 6 workers and with a moment of snot they fixed it all up again, waiting for the next victims!!!!The hotel is family-run, all with kids !!!!!

The rooms are spacious. A great restaurant. The beach is clean, the sea is knee-deep, the coral is 30 meters away. We went to Fisherman's night with an unlimited approach: lobsters, huge delicious shrimps, a chic selection of grilled seafood, boiled, etc. Drinks are very expensive, even for such a hotel.
