It is more profitable to book through WhatsApp directly than on aggregators. WhatsApp always responds with lightning speed. Therefore, I was initially pleasantly surprised by the price. I stayed in this wonderful place for three days. The host met and showed everything, was very hospitable! It's nice. I was alone and I got a room on the side with windows on two sides. The hotel is located on a mountain and has incredible views from the shared balcony. During the entire trip, I used public transport only once, and that was because I bought a ticket with a QR code for the trip, and usually a taxi to the center cost 150-200 rubles. After Moscow prices, it seems almost free. Everything is in the room, you can even stay for more than two weeks. Even the hair dryer is not an ordinary hotel, but a normal powerful one. Everything is new and beautiful. It is clear that the owner really loves the business he is engaged in. You feel cared for being in this place. All my requests were answered with lightning speed on WhatsApp. Many thanks to the staff and the owner of this wonderful hotel. By the way, the cleaning is very high quality. There were no neighbors to be heard. I wish you prosperity

A great hotel, the best for this price!
Firstly, there is a magnificent view of the city, an observation deck with benches. A taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a long walk to the center)
Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, and washbasins.
We lived for 4 days, we were cleaned ☺️
The reception is polite and attentive, promptly answered and resolved questions.

Wonderful hotel! I really liked the location - 15 minutes walk to the center, stunning views of the city from the balcony. There are tables, you can put them up and admire)
Friendly and pleasant staff, I arrived late at night, but they met me and helped me lift my suitcase to the second floor. They also helped with the suitcase during the eviction. The receptionist has been in touch with me since the moment of booking, answered all my questions.
The rooms are very clean and cozy, cleaning on request. There is also everything you need - towels, dental kit, shampoo, shower gel.
I am very pleased with the choice of this hotel)
