The air conditioner couldn't cope with the heat, we were given an additional fan, and still the stay at the hotel was not as comfortable as possible
Paid water. While in the whole developed world there is water in every hotel from 1-2 check-in, in the same 5-star hotel, water is not allowed in the room, a bottle of 7 euros
And we have a whole family))

The hotel had terrible service, the air conditioner did not work at 38 degrees and the reception just shrugged. Of course, the breakfasts are amazing, there's nothing to say 😁
