Three stars for the attitude towards Russians.the territory is large, the food is excellent.It is very convenient for families with children, because the beach and the approach are smooth. The water park is just super, and there is also a separate water park with a warm pool for children.the lobby is paid.There are tips for everything.The sun beds on the first coastline seem to be occupied by the servants themselves for money, since at 5 a.m. the entire first line is already occupied.the New Year's table was paid for, they just wouldn't let us in, even though we showed that everything was paid for, we demand a refund from the hotel, the new year was ruined, we went to bed at 21.00. Germans are being licked because the owner is German.The bed linen is gray, with a rusty tinge, washed like rags, in pellets.the dishes in the restaurant are plastic and the tea cups are glued together, it doesn't pull a five, 4 stars are solid!We had a rest from December 28, 2024 to January 05, 2025

We were, however, a long time ago, but friends come happy) we were for the first time in the year of opening, and I was delighted that there is such a place in Egypt (I visited many places in Egypt). The entrance is sand 🔥 and at the same time we sailed forward and got to the corals 🔥🔥 in other places in makadi - only sand. There is a beautiful stone embankment along the hotels (4 hotels) of this chain. At that time, there were no embankments in Egypt. Not to mention that everything is very beautiful, go to any hotel, along the waterfront there are a lot of different ala-carte restaurants... If you want a standard Charmle pier, please go to the final hotel, there is depth, there are reefs, etc.. rooms in all hotels of the chain are at least junior (spacious with an ogre bathroom). They're probably already worn out... but there are more advantages. The water park is good, especially for children. There were no questions about nutrition and snacks.

It is an ideal hotel for us. The rooms are huge, the beach is sandy, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent, animation and evening shows for 5. I don't know who scolds the reception, but we didn't have any problems. They offered everything themselves and helped in everything at the first request. The room was given in the main building after renovation with a gorgeous view. Thanks to all the hotel staff. I was with my wife and two children.
