If you consider that this is not a tourist area and it is still gaining momentum, then the hotel is very good. The breakfasts are wonderful! Delicious, high-quality! The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed linen is snow-white and smells delicious. The service was also very good. All the staff are polite and mostly speak English. Clean pools. Of the cons, I would note the beach - you will not enter the water in the sea. Rocky beach and difficult entry and exit. Of course, not for holidays with children, but as an authentic vacation on the Mediterranean coast - very much!

I lived here while I was on a business trip. Great food, helpful, unobtrusive staff. They even took me to the nearest supermarket. The rooms by the pool are cool, but it seemed a little stinky in the toilet area. Entering the sea is inconvenient, as safegard warns. Go as far to the left of the hotel as possible

But after a shower, when you soak it with a cotton pad with toner, it turns yellow. Two colleagues got sick with something gastric. The food in the dining room is so-so, but the croissants are great. One of the hostesses in the restaurant helped a lot, unfortunately I don't know the name, he has excellent English. In the rooms by the sea, you can hear the sea very well, sprinklers in the morning and neighbors. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a large (by my standards) cottage village. Stylish architecture, very clean, the territory is guarded, all cars are checked, the staff monitors every entrance.

Pros: 2 hours to Alexandria, 3.5 to Cairo. Good access to the sea, good housekeeping.
Cons: there are no shops (40 minutes to Fatahalla and crossing a multi-lane road), there is nowhere to go, only along Seashell, the food is without frills, the staff steals.

Firstly, there are stones in the sea on the beach of the hotel, you can't go there, you can break your legs, and secondly, when dinner goes into menu mode, it is quite monotonous.
