The dishes of the main cuisine need to be refined, "beef tartare" is still better served with classic ciabatta, rather than with sweet brioche bread ((
The chef's skill in cooking meat and fish dishes is lacking, you really need to be able to do this.
Mussels are good, but it's better again with ciabatta or whole grain bread, rather than with brioche.
Desserts are great, you can take any one, they are excellent, but for desserts they usually come to a coffee shop, not to a restaurant.
I wish the restaurant and the hotel

Amazing location in the old city center. I haven't had a rest at the hotel yet, but the tour was conducted. The girls at the reception are amazing
What about the restaurant: I've known the chef for a long time, and he's reached his potential here. Everything is in the top ten: from appetizers to dessert. I especially recommend crab ravioli
