Nice hotel, the room is clean. The breakfasts are decent. But! Unfortunately, the service is not up to par. Every time, I had to beg for bathrobes in order to go down to the SPA. Every evening, the robes were taken away (and with our belongings in their pockets), but no new ones were brought. They called the reception, waited a long time, and eventually received their robes without a belt, or one instead of two. In general, there seems to be a shortage of them))) we booked several rooms (we went with a group of friends) and there was one person in each of the two rooms. At the reception, without any embarrassment, they were offered to combine into one room, saying why would you live in one? and our reservation was non-refundable, that is, we paid for two rooms, but they say you live in one ? for me, even the question is unacceptable. Well, there were a lot of other jokes with the staff. And I liked the hotel itself .
Great hotel
*Modern interior
*clean bed linen
*high-quality room cleaning
* they asked for a towel for their feet, brought as many as 2 sets
* Tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar were also given out in excess upon request
The attitude of the staff is just on top)
Delicious varied breakfasts.
A huge gym, separate hammam and sauna (located in the women's and men's locker rooms), a communal swimming pool.
We booked an improved room, settled into a family room with an adjacent door (the door is closed), it did not bring us any inconvenience.
And another of the advantages is the location of the hotel, a huge shopping mall 2 minutes walk away and a metro station.
