Excellent staff. Great location and view from the restaurant. Charging breakfasts. Clear. It's not noisy at all, even from the side of the road. The room is dark, there are not enough light sources for work or activities with children. The first room that we were placed in was violated. They changed it to another one.

Bitlis Ağrı is a nice hotel that I stayed in during our visits to the branches covering the vicinity of Batman and I did not come across a distressed situation that I could share.
