The green area of the hotel, clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean, the furniture is rather dilapidated, the bed is not comfortable. The hotel management is not very welcoming towards Russian tourists (and they do not hide this.... they say right to my face that all Russians are not friendly. And at the first meeting). There are a lot of cockroaches around the hotel, a snake was seen on the territory of the hotel. The beach is about 15 minutes away at a calm pace.
