We are not polite tourists - we liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. But there are national peculiarities - the Lankans are very slow, so there is no fast service here, and the peculiarities of the cuisine are not very tasty. Yes, you will not stay hungry, but in general, not everything can be eaten with pleasure. There is a big problem with cheeses and dairy products (in short supply). There is a bar on the shore- I did not evaluate the assortment, but there are coconuts. We took a breakfast tour and additionally took dinners. There is a coconut farm across the street from the hotel where you can buy coconuts and coconut ice cream. The convenient location of the hotel is in the middle of the coastal strip with hotels. On the other hand, there is a central beach, where there are more people on weekends. Therefore, they did not regret their choice. For those who travel with children, there is no animation, well, this is not Turkey, but there is nothing at all for children. Even a children's town, a children's corner. Be prepared for this. The ocean is not visible from the room because of the trees, the balconies are protected by nets. There is absolutely nothing to do in the evening - it is dark at 18.00 and you will not find any entertainment around (a hotel for a relaxing holiday. It is very far from the main attractions. We got from the airport from Colombo by individual transfer in 6 hours.

In general, a good hotel: I took an all-inclusive, lived in a villa, was satisfied with the quality of room cleaning and their size. There is a swimming pool for fans. Some people don't like the kitchen, but it's even gone too far for me. Overall, it's not bad if you had an adventure tour. The photo shows the view from the room and the beach.

I've been resting here for a week
Among the advantages: the ocean is 50 meters away with its own beach, diligent friendly staff, its own territory is small but well maintained, I did not leave hungry from any meal.
Of the cons: rather 3 stars than 4; towels are only one per person, rooms with jambs, who is lucky and who is ready to put up with what, there will be no ocean view from the room; they give 0.5 water for free for a day, they like to dry meat in the restaurant, seafood is not cleaned, do not wait for crab tongs, cleaning in the every day, but the bed linen will hardly be changed, they will rather be rearranged, very noisy air conditioners in the room, towels by the pool need to be updated, well, the main disadvantage is if you want a non-purely beach holiday by the ocean and pool, then you are not here, very far from all the attractions.
