A 4-star hotel. The beds are a bit harsh, the double bed is made of two, BUT the edges of the mattresses are "wooden", in the middle there is this hard seam that is annoying. The breakfasts are simple, cleaning on request (I consider it a plus)... The staff is very polite, the location is good, there is an alcohol store nearby. Instead of the double room we had booked, we were given a quadruple room at no extra charge (ours had problems with sewerage), there was no view from the window (to repair the inner terrace)
I do not recommend this hotel. Poor repair. Everything is in a state of collapse. Something was dripping from the ceiling in the room. The bed linen seems to be washed, but with dirty spots. There is no curtain in the bathroom. There was supposed to be breakfast, but it wasn't, because it wasn't the season! From March 7 to March 8. As a result, the room was changed to one in which it does not drip from the ceiling. The bed linen was replaced. Very hard mattresses, very much like sleeping on a piece of wood. We paid 7,000 rubles per day for the room - an outrage!
We stayed with friends, everything was clean and cozy, the rooms were nice, the breakfasts were hearty, parking was available, thanks to Ibrahim!

I liked everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are quite full-fledged and delicious. Especially my love is a little samsa with pumpkin❤️ Divinely delicious. We recommend the hotel
The expectation was fulfilled👍👍👍 everything is as shown in the photos, the staff is friendly, they told you where to do what) and the area is quiet, not far from the center👍👍
The room was ordered based on reviews.
The result of our visit:
Family room-
The dirt is terrible-- the floors are black, dust, hair in the bathroom and on the floor, dirty cups. I cleaned the room myself as it was 5 a.m.
There are traces of either paint or whitewash on all surfaces.
There are no mosquito nets. There is no safe.
The breakfasts are meager (it would be better if we didn't go at all). The plates are dirty, there is dried food between the cloves of the forks - is it really difficult to buy a dishwasher (they wash it manually and, as experience has shown, it is bad). The food was of terrible quality-- there was green mold on the doughnut.
We took a photo, showed it at the reception, but I don't think it will be any use.
Who are these people who give high marks?!
The hotel is located on a quiet street, a pleasant area, birds sing in the morning. The hotel itself is small and quite cozy. The rooms are clean, simple, and the breakfasts are very tasty. But why breakfast in the basement when there is a lovely patio? I really wanted to sit there, but there is not even a bench.
The room has Russian-language channels, good hot water pressure, hard mattresses, but this is the case everywhere in Uzbekistan.
I really love Tashkent, how many times we went everywhere and rest in economy class,I meet with this number for the first time, on 4 beds there is 1 bedside table on which you can only put 1 kettle, we ate on the beds, the sockets in the bathroom are turned out, the beds are hard, it is not possible to sleep on them. They asked for a kettle -they brought it, but they had to hold the button with their finger to make it boil.In general, we were disappointed in everything. The only thing that pleased the Ghoul was the governess and the boy at the reception, Jafar, for whatever they went to the meeting. My conclusion is that this is not a hotel, but the cheapest hostel.
The location seems to be good. The room on the ground floor is cold. The heating is air-conditioned, which, apparently, is underfilled with freon. The room is poor: a wardrobe, a table, a bed and one chair. There were no hangers in the closet, there were only slippers, there was a kettle and not a single tea bag. There was no water either, they asked at the reception. Breakfast number one is just very poor, there were 2 fried eggs, cereal, some sausage, it's at 8 a.m., breakfast from 7:00. There was no one in the kitchen. Breakfast number 2 - January 1, 2024 - just no one cooked . That's right, in general, we made ourselves coffee with boiling water from the heater and ate the tortillas that we bought the day before. Although the room was of the superior type. Except right next to the door to the dining room(?)By the way! The bed linen is stained, - they asked to replace the duvet covers - stupidly brought other blankets that were stained with blood. In general, the requested money is not worth it. According to the level of service, it is a cheap hostel. Well, except that the room is separate.
Nice hotel. But... the mattresses are just terrible. You lie down in the "pop hole" of the other tenants. It's all sagging. Far from the subway. Walk for at least 20 minutes. I have not seen such breakfasts even in Russia. At least we have porridge for breakfast. Here the bread is greasy fried in an egg. Eggs. The sausage looks like it's leftovers from the workers. There were really 100 grams of it on the common table. Freeze-dried coffee and tea. We were left hungry. I didn't find anything to eat.🤷🏻♀️
If this hotel is priced 2 times lower than the others, then I definitely recommend it.
It brightens up all very good and responsive boys administrators👍🏼
The location is getting nicer, close to a cent. Quiet street. There is a basket store nearby, 5 minutes on foot. Polite staff. The rooms are quite spacious. Cleaning on request. They do not offer cleaning themselves
Drinking water is available. The breakfast is quite varied. Special thanks to chef Zahida, who cooks and monitors the availability of food. We arrived at the end of breakfast and all the dishes were available. What is rare for hotels
The location is normal. 7-10 minutes to the metro
Didn't like it · The room is dirty, shabby. The water in the shower did not leak. In general, a three-star hotel. The main thing is different - I really didn't like one incident! When we checked out, we were asked to leave our luggage at the hotel before the train. The administrator told me to leave it right next to him under the camera. I put a new backpack on the suitcase, specially bought for this trip. When we came to pick up things, there was no backpack, and the administrator was sitting with another one. And he said he didn't know anything about our stuff. I made it clear that I would not leave without things like that and that I would call the internal affairs bodies. Then the admin called his partner and talked to him in Uzbek. Then he showed me an old backpack that didn't even remotely resemble mine either in color or model and said that he had confused and took mine and that he was running after it now. After about 20 minutes, he brought a backpack. After I checked that neither gadgets nor passports were missing, we just left for the train station. It is impossible to confuse backpacks of different types, colors and weights - mine was full of things! By the way, the administrator said that the partner said that he put the laptop in it mixed up and went. Why would it be to take a backpack from a suitcase and, most importantly, a laptop could only be crammed there with difficulty among other things.
A good hotel, pleasant staff: receptionists are responsive, helped to navigate the city, call a taxi. The breakfasts are good, the lovely girls cook, and they make delicious homemade cakes. Comfortable rooms.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.Everything is clean and cozy. Rakhmat suggested and showed everything to the administrator Umid. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfasts are also very tasty, And the view from the courtyard is generally gorgeous
The hotel is located in the city center, comfortable beautiful rooms, a recreation area in the courtyard. You can help yourself to fruit from the trees! Breakfast buffet - a variety of dishes and pastries.
I really liked the service! Delicious food, the room is very clean. There is a courtyard, the persimmon that grows there is simply amazing! Good responsive staff)
Not a bad hotel. Maybe a little expensive for their money. Breakfast is nothing special. The location is quite convenient: you can take a cheap taxi either to the airport or to the center. The administrator Umid is very attentive, helped to solve all the issues.
Well, so-so, for a four. The staff is polite, but in Uzbekistan all people are polite, this is not an indicator. I went to ask for toilet paper, went for towels. Breakfast is so-so. A lot of greasy pastries and not at all tasty. The location is certainly good, quiet, but if you want, then five minutes on foot and you're on Shota Rustaveli, in Figs you eat delicious food..
Very polite staff, great breakfasts- a very wide variety, including pies, cakes, fruits. We got up at 9 and went into the dining room, but it was almost empty - a girl immediately appeared and updated everything fresh and untouched. Take a suite room - there is a very huge bed for 4
A hotel in the private sector. Not far from the central streets of Sh. Rustaveli and Bobura. The room is spacious with a high ceiling. Not all windows have a mosquito net. Breakfast is all right-variety plus fruit with watermelon and melon. The administrators are polite and ready to help. Special thanks to Dior!
Overall good. In November, it was cool at night, the air conditioner did not quite cope, there was no heating. Mattresses are hard, like in the army)).
The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. Located in the city center, 10 minutes walk to the metro.
The rooms are nice. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very modest. They are not worth their money . It is better to take it without breakfast
Disgusting hotel. The service is disgusting, the cook and the cleaner in one person - where has this been seen? Administrators are students or schoolchildren, it is not clear, they do not know how to solve questions about the hotel at all. The cook/cleaner cooks breakfast at night - the smell of burning and food goes to the rooms on the second floor. The breakfast is disgusting, the food is tasteless, the fruits look and taste for weeks. The rooms are not clear - in some it is cold, in others it is stuffy that it is impossible to sleep. It doesn't even look like a dorm.
We booked a family room at this hotel from August 23 to 28. I asked for a paid transfer from the airport, the arrival was overnight. They were met at the airport and brought to the hotel. It turned out that there were no available rooms, despite the confirmed reservation. We went to the hotels from their chain at night. We found an acceptable room in the third one. I do not recommend contacting anyone. If there was a score of zero, I would put
A good hotel with comfortable conditions and a pleasant price. Also, very tasty breakfasts and free bottled drinking water leave pleasant memories of the hotel.
Good Internet and breakfasts, and the rest is not very good, it is not clear where in the private sector (fortunately, there are no dogs) on a dark street, the rooms are damp, with an appropriate smell, there is an endless construction site nearby, there is no refrigerator and drinking water in the rooms, there are no slippers, towels in a hole, the bathroom stinks of sewage. It's a pity the $ 40 spent, for this money you can rent a decent hotel in Tashkent.
Very hard mattresses on the bed, you just have to get used to it. Well, if you need anything, you need to ask for everything, even toilet paper. They won't bring water to the room, we took it ourselves.
The hotel is clean, located in a quiet location. But... the mattress in the bed is very hard. Our room was near the descent to the place where breakfast is served and the room stank terribly of food! The breakfasts are not bad - the choice is small, but delicious. But $48 per night is still not worth it
Booked, arrived and as a lottery with a place lucky that it was available, and so we would have gone with things in search. Booking in such places does not mean anything at all. A disgruntled cook, the rooms are patched up. Underwear seems to be new.
The hotel is very cozy, the owners are simple, the staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious. This is the third time we have stopped here. We like.
Not a bad hotel. If the floors are washed, at 6 o'clock in the morning the workers do not shout under the door and windows, you can put 4. Breakfast can be served on the patio - it will be great. Breakfast for 3
There were ants in the room, the tile in the shower was about to collapse on his head. There is no hood in the shower. The beds are good, the bed is clean
The room was not cleaned before I checked in. In the morning, when I woke up, I found that the blanket was gray. The mattress, in terms of rigidity, was almost indistinguishable from a board.
