We returned from Pattaya on 08.12.2024. According to the reviews of tourists, this hotel was chosen. The hotel is not bad, small, compact, beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are normal, the hotel staff is responsive, the housekeeping service suffers a little. We got a room with a view of the city, and more specifically on the "rainbow street", where men of different ages with non-traditional sexual orientation hang out. This did not bring any inconvenience, on the contrary, you can watch national and other dances of young people with good plasticity from the balcony, but in the next alley on weekends, local residents shout karaoke until late at night, so it's better to get into a room with a view of the pool. There are two swimming pools, a larger one on the ground floor, 6 sun beds, everything is beautifully decorated, lots of greenery, a waterfall, the water is cool, since the sun comes to this area from 12.00 to 14.00 due to the design of the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, there are many places where you can eat well and inexpensively on the street, and sit in a more expensive restaurant, the sea is nearby, you can take a towel for the beach at the hotel for free. There are 2 cozy coffee shops with good coffee nearby. Next time, you can consider choosing this hotel again.

A good hotel in its price range.
Breakfast is a buffet, the assortment is not large, but there is enough of everything. The main dishes changed every day and included dishes with chicken, pork and fish. There were soups, including tom yam. Every day there were scrambled eggs, sausages, toasts, and so on. Drinks include coffee, tea, and juices.
The hotel itself and the rooms are new, renovated and the furniture is in good condition.
The staff is polite. The service is good - cleaning every day, water is brought to the room every day (2 bottles of 0.5 liters each), 2 tea bags and coffee. The rooms have a kettle and a hairdryer. I liked the design of the courtyard - it looks very interesting. There is a small swimming pool, and we enjoyed swimming in it on hot days.
What to consider when choosing this hotel:
- if you want to sleep until 02:00 at night, please note that you need to take birushi with you. The hotel is located on walking street for rainbow people. There are shows every day at the hotel. And there's some kind of loud karaoke nearby. All these establishments are open until 02:00. We lived in a room with a view of the street and it was quite noisy, perhaps the situation is better in rooms with a view of the pool and courtyard.
- A deposit of $100 must be made at the hotel upon check-in. But upon eviction, the deposit is refunded after checking the number.

We stayed at this hotel from 02/25/25 to 03/11/25. Wonderful staff, very nice, kind. They help with things during check-in and check-out. There is a good pool area - one with a waterfall, the other with sea water, the breakfasts are varied (I don't understand when they say they are monotonous), towels are changed every day.
The only negative is that the floors are poorly cleaned, and the socks are always dirty from the floor.
And the disadvantage of the location is loud music from the street until 2 a.m. (but this is if you go to bed early or with children)
