Good location, a small market across the street, within walking distance of Tesco Lotus with various small necessities, several 7/11, pharmacy, laundries, bike rental with friendly hosts, several bars and cafes where they cook well. We stayed at this hotel several times, and all the times we were satisfied, the price is not bad, clean, cleaned daily, change towels and bedding, do not steal, security works day and night, a lot of CCTV cameras, quiet and peaceful at night. There is a swimming pool, it is small, but it is quite enough to refresh yourself)) since this year, the hotel has a cafe, the food is fine, the food is fresh, the menu is not bad)) It's a bit far to the coastline and Jomtien beach, but this is not a problem for us, we like to walk))) so the deserved 5 - ))) hello to the Oat guard)))

A beautiful hotel in a multi-storey building.
The sea is 1.2km away (10 minutes on foot).
The night bazaar is 20 minutes away.
It is 7 km to Volkin Street (where all the nightlife is). There are tuk-tuks across the Jomtin embankment.
The main entrance of the hotel faces a country street, not the main one.
It is 2 meters from the main one.
The room is spacious. The mattress in the room is good. Hard. My back likes it.
The bed is just huge.
The shower room is comfortable. Spacious behind glass.
The hot water is almost hot, but the pressure is weak.
There are three bottles of shower gel, liquid soap and shampoo - all the same color.
There is a safe, mugs, kettle, refrigerator. But there are no plates.
The air conditioner works very comfortably. There is no icy cold jet of air, but there is a coolness in the room.
There is a balcony and a dryer.
Cleaning and change of towels every day.
They also supply water.
There is a swimming pool at the entrance to the hotel. Clean. You can swim.
The room is clean. Nearby there is a market with a fruit shop, cafe, pharmacy, massage.
But it's better to shop closer to the sea.
If you are alone and do not have a license, then bike taxis are located 3 meters from the hotel. For a reasonable price, they will take you there, wait and bring you back.
