We ordered the Amika2 house project. The project is excellent, competent, understandable even to an ordinary person, not a builder. The price is adequate. For questions arising during the construction process, we contacted a couple of times, received advice, everything is OK. We also ordered windows in this bureau, and we were satisfied. There were nuances in the windows, but all the flaws were eliminated without problems. We also ordered a plumbing and heating project, all our requests are taken into account, everything is OK. We planned to sign a contract for these works, but then we were surprised by the exorbitant price. Maybe it's normal for Minsk, but it's sooo expensive for our area! In general, we are satisfied with the cooperation! We recommend it to our friends!

I do not recommend this architectural bureau. Extremely unprofessional approach and lack of respect for the client.
My husband and I turned here to design a house suitable for our needs and the characteristics of the site. From the very beginning, Director Dmitry showed himself to be a person who does not know how to listen: he constantly interrupted, behaved disdainfully. We decided not to attach importance to this, because the main work should have been with the architect.
We had a short call with the architect, where we announced that we wanted a high-tech house and wanted to preserve the trees on the site overlooking them. But the first "plan" was a disaster: the trees were demolished, and the view from the living room was into the fence, although it was possible to make a view of the site. We discussed it again, explaining the important points, but the result again turned out to be far from the agreements.
After one phone call, communication was exclusively in correspondence. We left detailed messages with a detailed description of what was important to us, but our wishes were ignored. The kitchen suddenly found itself in the middle of the hallway leading to the rooms; the house is built around the idea that we have a gas stove, although this was not discussed at all. Everything looked ridiculous and unprofessional. At some point, my husband and I decided to roughly draw what it might look like (we are not architects). As a result, it just wrapped around and became our home, which we really didn't want. But in this bureau, you are second–class people, and your opinion is garbage.
We counted on the architect's experience and professionalism. But our questions about the project were "answered" sarcastically, and the offer to call was refused.
The final project that we received looked like a rural store: the ceilings are low, like in an apartment, the windows are close to the walls, the guest bathroom is half a meter by half a meter, and they could not make a hi—tech facade.
When we tried to clarify why the project is so far from our expectations We were directed to Dmitry again — dismissive, arrogant, with a boorish tone of the director. As a result, we were left with an incompetent project and the feeling that we got into a company with a business approach from the 90s. The money for the recalculation was never returned to us, calls and messages are not answered. Later we found out that their "author's" projects that they sell were actually bought from the Ukrainian architect MSH Architecture, and not developed by them.
Now we are working with another bureau and we see that it is possible to design differently: with presentations, taking into account style and with real professionalism.
If you need an individual project, avoid this bureau. They clearly do not know how to work with clients and cannot provide a professional approach. I think they should have abandoned our project right away, realizing that they could not implement our requests. We lost not only money, but, most offensively, nerves and a passion for the house of dreams.
I think the company's exculpatory response with the substitution of facts will not take long — according to this scheme, they respond to every review, just not to admit mistakes.

We bought a house project, Dmitry helped us choose from several options at our request and advised Otis-2, later we bought a project for a 4-pitched roof. The builders have no questions about the project, they do it according to the project. I liked the communication with the company's employees, there were small issues when coordinating the architecture of the Dzerzhinsky district, everything was quickly corrected. The cost of building the box comes out approximately as calculated on the website
