I spent my birthday here. Perfect cleanliness, literally everything glitters. The pool has warm, clean water without using tons of bleach, as happens in many similar places. The restaurant at the terem is excellent, the food is delicious, the waiters bring food to the cabins. And prices don't bite. The staff is polite, will meet you, explain everything and show you. There are clean towels, slippers, bath caps, dishes, refrigerator. Clean showers, upholstered furniture, TV.
Free, large changing rooms. A recreation room with a large bed. Everything you need to have a good time in the company.

The first time we couldn't find the check-in in the dark. The car was under video surveillance. I was impressed by the ceiling height in the room. Everything is very stylish. Comfortably. Nice big bed with clean linen, slept on it. Breakfast is a choice of 1 course in a nice cafe on the 1st floor, I must say - delicious! The coffee is good from the coffee machine. Unexpectedly in the tea country. We wanted to stop on the way back, but there were no places. We were lucky that there was no event in the cafe and we had a quiet rest. The receptionist carefully hinted that if people were walking, it would no longer be quiet in the room. I lowered the score for the bad road to the hotel, for minor flaws such as shabby furniture that opened in the morning, but they do not spoil the overall look. It was a great option for us to spend the night!

We visited you yesterday, rented a room with a bathroom!
I'm going to tell you about an unpleasant incident that ruined our romantic evening! On Thursday, May 22, I called the hotel and booked a room , as my husband and I have an anniversary on May 28! Yesterday , upon arrival , your receptionist tells me that I didn 't book the room and probably got something mixed up ! I showed the incoming call on Thursday, and I explain that I booked! She says no booking for another person! I couldn't stand it, I went out and burst into tears, and I'm sure I planned to spend the holiday with you! My husband was standing at the reception and trying to figure it out, called me and said everything was fine , the admin wrote down a different name and phone number!
When I went in, the admin didn't apologize for accusing me of not booking! They made me look like some kind of fool !
They gave us a room, my husband calmed me down , but Ude's mood was spoiled!
Now about the advantages:
The room is very cozy and clean! The food in the restaurant is all delicious, and the staff is very polite!
Breakfast was brought in the morning, too, very tasty! The territory is beautiful and clean! I'll give you a solid five because your place is very cool! The only thing your hotel admin needs to do is be more attentive and be able to accept his mistakes and apologize! Thank you for a great vacation.
