A decent hostel, the renovation is tolerable. The bathroom is not bad, Underfloor heating, shower. There is a kitchen in the room, and some dishes are also available. TV, kettle, surprisingly, but good, clean bed linen.
It will stop for a couple of days or nights.

Among the advantages: A good place for long-term residence if you plan to live for at least 5 days. The price is adequate for the conditions that are offered - I couldn't find a better one. I stopped by and like at home, everything is there : refrigerator, microwave, table, dishes, appliances, sink to wash dishes, detergents, kettle, TV and cable TV, wifi. Ashtrays on the balcony, chairs in the same place. A large closet for things. There is a lot of space, the room is about 50 sq. m., spacious. If you are traveling with a company, there is one large bed, two single beds and a sofa in the room. There are breakfasts for a fee. A quiet place away from the roads, its own Parking lot, a small shop nearby, sushi "paddles", even a pharmacy. A clean bed, two cloths are given, a whole bottle of shampoo, soap.
For the picky, of the cons:
But the repairs and furniture are tired. I do not know what the guests are doing, it is clear that they have recently been repaired, and most likely the residents themselves have done it recently: knocked down corners, chips on the walls mended with plaster in some places. Not the most convenient access to the house. For some reason, Yandex leads to this guest house through a check-in on a road without asphalt. When it's warm and dry, you get there normally, but when it rains, everything turns into a mess. You need to know that it's better to come in from the other side, but everything is OK.
Not a plus or a minus: you need to ask for new toilet paper, ask for clean towels, ask to clean. They don't come into the room without you and don't touch anything, which is not bad, but even good. In the end, something is needed, after the request everything is provided.

The room is clean and cozy! But! All this turned out to be secondary when we discovered that apart from a small fan there was nothing to cool the room with in the heat of 35 degrees outside!!! We didn't sleep, it was stuffy for everyone!
