I have been to the Heat several times, and I can say with confidence that I will definitely go there again!
Very good staff, friendly and helpful in choosing if necessary. This is definitely a big plus.
A very beautiful interior, no worse than Pinterest cafes, plus a very cool atmosphere not only to work, but also just to sit and relax (separately, what I noticed is a cool selection of music).
I liked the assortment of coffee and food the most, everything looks delicious and plus there is almost no waiting, since everything is prepared very quickly.
In general, I definitely recommend visiting everyone who has not been there yet! :)

We were there in the evening, ordered dessert (tartlet with berry layer), cappuccino, berry tea, it all came out 18p
The dessert itself is terrible, stale, the pastry in the tartlet is very dry and hard, the bisewite is absolutely clogged, the berry layer was not felt at all, its whole taste was interrupted by tea rose petals. The consistency of the cream is very hard, the dessert is stored at a non-pressure temperature, and its price is 7BYN, for such a dessert the price is absolutely not justified!
As for the drinks, they are normal. but! The mugs are very uncomfortable, the finger does not fit into the ear itself, how to drink a hot drink is unknown.
The staff is not particularly friendly, which once again pushes away from visiting the institution.
It's uncomfortable to be in an institution, the atmosphere is so-so.
As a result, 1 star is only for drinks. The prices of the dishes are absolutely not justified. I do not recommend visiting.

We ordered breakfast. We waited 45 minutes. The fried eggs were shaken cold. No salt, no pepper. There is one sugar bowl for all cafes. It's very noisy. The interior is very nice, the cafe is cozy, but everything is spoiled by poor service.

I visited the new coffee shop "Teplo" today
with a very contradictory interior where they tried to combine several styles
Tables, tiles and an unfinished ceiling are made in the LOFT style
But wicker chairs and a wicker lampshade are incompatible and fit into the picture everywhere
The style is not exactly for a "Coffee Shop"
I ordered a Latte and a Sandwich with ham, tomato and goat cheese worth 8 b.r
. Latte was waiting for about 5-7 minutes, of course (considering that a couple was ALREADY sitting in the hall with an ORDER)
They brought a sandwich and there would be nothing
If it weren't for the cheap cheese: (
Whose appearance and taste left much to be desired
It tasted like Brest-Litovsk cheese, the cheapest
They are served by guys with no experience (they were all like that)
But you can somehow train and work faster :)
The female employee is probably on an internship or something
Once he does not know how to use the cash register to the end / and remember orders even when two tables are occupied 🤷🏼♀️

Cafe for lovers of minimalism in the interior. Just walls, among which there are ficus trees brought from the apartment where the elderly grandmother died. The setting is a babushatnik.
Mulled wine is disgusting. An over-boiled wine in which the fruits have boiled to a state of slurry. By the time the waiter brought the glass to my table, the glass was all sticky from spilled mulled wine.
The white hot chocolate from the menu, as it turned out, is not white at all in fact. This is hot chocolate with terribly sweet coconut chips.
Desserts are ugly in appearance, with fatty margarine fillings and chemical flavors
Butch-bru is sometimes a top, but this is rare, most often overcooked like a negligent housewife's pie. The waiter sometimes says, "I don't recommend it today."

Prosciutto has one name from prosciutto, but in fact it's a rubber sausage with lard, I couldn't chew it.
