I'll start with the pros, this is a good-quality playground, children can have fun there for a couple of hours. The Letnik is clean and beautiful. The prices on the menu are too high, the dishes are not all delicious, for the kitchen 6/10. The bill for 7 people without alcohol came out at 70,000 and not everyone ordered hot dishes.

It's a good place, the atmosphere is pleasing to the eye, not super, but not to say that it's bad. The waiters are working fine, I would like to speed up the kitchen a little. The waiting time for some dishes is 25 minutes. The food itself is delicious, worth the money. A decent selection of drinks, everything seemed to be available. The portion of pasta seemed small, but in fact it was full. I recommend the place. But there is still room to grow.

Disappointment is far from the only word that can describe a visit to this institution. I still have a lot of negatively colored adjectives, but I will try to be objective: it's our birthday, we made a reservation for a table in the summer house at 17:00. We entered the room and gasped from the threshold - there is nothing to breathe in the room, the air is so heated under 33 degree heat. "Okay," we thought, "it's good that the table was booked in the summer house, and not inside."
We pass through, we are "greeted". I will make a reservation here that it is completely unclear who is responsible for what, who is meeting us - the hostess or the administrator... In general, this was a man who clearly did not know what his duties were. I regret that I did not ask for a name, if a person does not want to do his job, then why is he there at all? The waiters were much more friendly and active than the "hostesses"... We have a problem - the sun heats the table, the seats, and the head so much that it is impossible to sit. I stood at the table for 5 minutes while I was looking for a "hostess" so that she would offer at least some solution to this problem, my skin had already started to get quite hot. In general, no adequate person would agree to sit in 30-degree heat directly under the sun. Umbrellas over the tables do not save the situation because of the degree at which the sun is located
We saw a vacant gazebo, we were told that it was occupied. Okay, we saw an empty table in the shade, hoping that they would transfer us there - the "hostess" disappeared in an unknown direction, without responding to my offer to put us at this table and just add chairs. After that, I put a man at this table who came later than us and clearly did not book the table in advance. We remained standing without her attention.
The cup of patience broke, we just left. And we had invited guests, we had to urgently look for a new institution that cares about customers. Although, if the hostess HAD AT LEAST TRIED to make efforts to solve this problem, we would have left 40-50 thousand in your institution. Hurtful.
