Excellent location, beautiful veranda, interesting menu. But, alas, according to the experience of two visits, the worst service of many seemingly decent establishments in Almaty.
Today, I went to have lunch at 2:25 p.m., no one meets me, no table is offered, I sat down in the center of the hall, 5-6 indifferent waiters were fussing around.
No one came up, offered a menu, waited 20 minutes and left hungry. :))) An interesting concept of quality service. I didn't like it.
I hope the owner notices the problem and deals with the room management.

I am a guest of the city and I have been to this restaurant twice during this visit. The first time everything went Perfectly - I will note the children's room and the nanny (there was a young man), the waiter promptly served our table, everything was delicious. The second time - the waiter spoiled the impression -they waited a long time for the order to be accepted, she did not say how much to expect and disappeared from view for 20 minutes, they turned to other waiters - they promised to pass the information to ours, but the result was zero.

It's a great place. There is a hookah, its own cheese factory. Makes an excellent besh. In general, the menu is very diverse and everything we ordered was very tasty. Several terraces. For families with children there is a terrace with a trampoline. This terrace is located behind this wonderful establishment.
There are a lot of waiters. They all bring/they are taken away promptly.
Of the disadvantages, this is a high average check.

What a freaky place this is. Around the clock, and a lot of space. You can sing karaoke, you can play board games - no one bothers anyone. I liked the staff, diligent, sociable. The prices are average. In general, if you need to go somewhere at night, you can sit here.

The interior makes the brain frantically list the upcoming holidays in search of an excuse to come again)) and of course, moms will appreciate it-a BABYSITTER who will look after the most holy🙃, throughout the evening the child is under supervision, quality supervision, I don't know how many Babysitters get there, but the attitude and attentiveness to children is at the highest level! It's been a long time since I've seen such terrible service and mediocre food. We were a company, celebrating a birthday. The waiter carried everything for ages, while some of the dishes were missing, but we were informed about it 40 minutes after ordering, when they should have been. The dishes remained dirty, and I had to ask them to take them away every time. When we asked for new appliances (for other dishes), we were told, but eat with your own, you have it.
They ordered steaks, they didn't ask us for roasting, they brought some kind of hard sole. It's terrible!
At the end, the waiter announced the cash or transfer to us, they usually warn us about this before ordering. I asked the reason, they say the terminal is not working. I insisted on paying with a card and, miraculously, the terminal was working.
There were many more joints, I don't want to list them all.
In general, it is an absolutely overrated place.
