Excellent location, beautiful veranda, interesting menu. But, alas, according to the experience of two visits, the worst service of many seemingly decent establishments in Almaty. Today, I went to have lunch at 2:25 p.m., no one meets me, no table is offered, I sat down in the center of the hall, 5-6 indifferent waiters were fussing around. No one came up, offered a menu, waited 20 minutes and left hungry. :))) An interesting concept of quality service. I didn't like it. I hope the owner notices the problem and deals with the room management.

A wonderful place, a cozy atmosphere, a magnificent interior, delicious cuisine, the staff is polite and attentive, we held an event here with dinner, everyone liked everything.
