Terrible service!!! I ordered in installments, but there were problems with delivery, etc., the manager told me that the installment plan cannot be canceled and I "must" pick up the air conditioner, although according to the rules, if you did not receive the goods or refused the goods, then the installment plan is automatically reset after 2 weeks!!! We postponed the delivery 3 times!!! when I said that I would order somewhere else, they still sent the order. They didn't think at all that I could order the installation on the same day when I expected to receive my order, but not 3! the same time to transfer!!!!!

I thank the company "Tenechek" for a high-quality air conditioner for a pleasant price. They were issued in installments for six months, no problems, they were approved within 15 minutes, and they were delivered the next day. I was very lucky with the installation. Initially, we agreed that there would be an installation within a week and a half, +- as everywhere. But a window appeared. If the settings are simple, sometimes it turns out that way, as I understood. And so we designed the air conditioner on Mon, and on Wednesday it already cools us, no stuffiness). It was installed in an hour and a half. The guys are polite, neat, I didn't even have to clean up almost anything. In general, I definitely recommend this company in choosing an air conditioner.

Until you agree on the installation of an air conditioner in the city executive committee and receive a calculation of the installation of an air conditioner based on the requirements prescribed by the city Executive Committee in the approval, DO NOT make any transactions!

I don't recommend it at all. There was an agreement for one date, as a result, no one arrived, and the phone number was turned off. Although it's kind of stupid on their part, because condees should have been bought from them as well. As a result, there has been no response or greetings for 3 days.

Great! Well done guys! I turned to them after an unsuccessful appeal to several other companies (I will not specify the names). The apartment is quite problematic : 1st floor, panel house, batteries in the wall. Some promised to come and did not come, others offered unacceptable installation options (an external unit low to the ground and pipes throughout the balcony). I contacted Tenechek on 04/11/2013 late in the evening (at about 21.00 I wrote on Instagram), and did not even expect that they would answer me at such a time. And today, 04/13.23, I have an air conditioner. The installation is super, everything is neat, no hoses, good height of the outdoor unit!!!Thanks!
