Does the Shady Hostel in Odessa fulfill the obligation to book places? As far as I understand, not always and/or not for everyone. For example, this grandmother Polina Grigoryevna Goncharuk (link to the article about her - https://takiedela.ru/2020/07/raby-bozhi /) was deprived of the right to move in by reservation. Is it so? Is this a violation of the offer? Does the violation of assumed obligations entail reputational losses? The consumer will decide. On my own, I would like to add that I would never have thought about the possibility of such snobbery from the owner of a small enterprise (de facto dorm), which should be the "salt of the earth".

To refuse an elderly person overnight accommodation. Imagine that your mother came with her hand outstretched... And such "subhumans" refused. The Lord sees everything. He's a judge.
