I have been a client of the bank for a year now. I liked the bank from all sides and never disappointed me. The building is right at the intersection, large, cozy, and always clean. It's cool in summer, the staff is polite, tidy, the service is fast, there are no very long queues. As a rule, the service is provided in Russian or Uzbek. Overall, I am very pleased with this bank.

Good afternoon! I am very unhappy with your Bank in the city of Samarkand! I haven't been able to get my money since yesterday. Bank employees don't know how to handle clients, so I don't understand why you pay such employees.
I called Tashkent, they served me very well and said we will solve the problem. And after that, they immediately called me back From the city of Samarkand and started rude "What, Why, what should I do" and immediately hung up. Animals that grew up on a farm don't know how to treat a customer with basic respect. I ask you to take measures with the staff, as their attitude has had a very detrimental effect on my understanding of your bank!

I want to leave a review about my visit to Tengebank today. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of organization within the department.
The reception couldn't clearly figure out where to contact with my question — they first sent me to the operator, the operator sent me to the 3rd floor, where I was returned to the reception again. As a result, it turned out that the right specialist was not in place at all.
This approach to customer service is only disappointing. I hope the management will take measures and establish internal communication so as not to waste people's time.

I ordered a master card, they can't set a PIN code upon receipt. They force you to download the application and they say we will install it there.
