The temple and altar serve the cult of the emperor and were dedicated to the Emperor Domitian (M.S. 81-96) while he was a devotee, he was dedicated to the Flavius family after his death and with the damnation of the emperor's memory (damnatio memoriae). The temple, which was built on a six-step infrastructure (24 × 34 m), stood on a terrace with the help of imposing support structures with 8 × 13 columns. With the victory of Christianity, the building was dismantled down to the foundation stones and has almost completely disappeared today.
