When I contacted the new operator, it turned out that I couldn't transfer my number because the registration data was INCORRECT. by contacting the sales office(!) (the data cannot be changed remotely in ANY WAY), they confirmed to me that the data is correct, but the error when transferring the number remained, the new operator asked to confirm that the number really belongs to me by requesting a document in TELE2. and here the most interesting thing begins, the employees of the communication salons do not understand what is being discussed, and do not provide this document. It is impossible to reach a living person, in fact, as well as to add via telegram / whatsapp / website. They answered my email 1 time, after which they stopped answering subsequent questions and SENT ME a FEEDBACK FORM about the operator's work (is this bullying????).
