We ordered equipment (from Belarus), with the delivery of utter TRASH, thousands of reasons not to ship, I would especially like to "thank" the logistician Julia for her terrible attitude to customers and her work, after she was asked to explain how to properly place an order for delivery, this employee dropped the call, and after all I added it to the blacklist. I definitely do not recommend it, at least with this employee for sure.
I do not recommend contacting this company! The employees of this company sold the equipment on the vehicle, which they picked up for us (!).
The equipment did not fit, they sent it back under warranty. But it is impossible to reach them to solve this situation! Either they don't pick up the phone, or they just dynamite. They say "wait a minute" and you can hang on the line for an hour without waiting for an answer from them.
Our situation has not been resolved!
