I bought a hair dryer, the consultant assured me that everything was in perfect order with the hair dryer, and there were no questions. I arrived at the department, they were closed for lunch, not on schedule, I waited for the opening, they gave me a hair dryer, turned it on, checked for 1 min, I worked, like a worker! I came home and turned it on, it worked for 3 minutes and almost exploded in my hand, less than 4 hours after the purchase.
I wrote an application for a refund, it was refused after 2 weeks, I had to call myself to find out the solution. Be careful when buying goods from this organization, check carefully and take cash, they do not have a terminal in all stores.

I applied to this organization. I bought a computer, asked the consultant for a 4 or 8GB video card installed, the consultant assured that 8GB. In fact, at home, with a detailed check, it turned out that 4GB. It is clear that there can be no question of any refund, exchange, etc. But to mislead your customers intentionally, well, that kind of thing. And even when I wrote about this jamb in private messages on kufara - NOTHING! No apologies, no clarifications of any kind, no attempts to make amends (the message is read). That's the service, that's the LEVEL!
If you are ready and able to understand every minute moment of what you are acquiring (because there is 0 trust in employees here), otherwise I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
