TechnoNICOL is a great hardware store!
I want to share my positive experience of visiting the TechnoNICOL construction store. From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of products. A huge selection of roofing and finishing materials, insulation, waterproofing and fasteners pleased even the most demanding customers.
The store staff is always polite, competent and ready to help with the choice. They spoke in detail about the features of each product, explained the advantages and disadvantages of different types of materials. Thanks to this, I was able to make the right choice and purchase exactly what I needed.
The prices in the store are also very attractive. Especially considering the high quality of the goods and excellent service.
Separately, I would like to note the fast and accurate delivery of the order. The store staff promptly collected my order and delivered it directly to my house.
Overall, I am very pleased with my visit to TechnoNICOL and recommend this store to anyone who is looking for high-quality building materials at affordable prices.

It's a good store, but there's a caveat.
The cashier likes to create a stir by arranging cash collection in the middle of the working day. In order to save time, I ordered everything in advance and came to pay the invoice issued to me with a card, receive the goods and leave quickly, but the cashier pretty much suspended me, offering to wait on the couch for an indefinite time in line for the three customers who had already gathered to pay.
I understand that collection is necessary and important, but it should not be arranged in the midst of work. He left without picking up the goods, it's a pity for the time spent and he will have to go again. :(

It was necessary to consult representatives of Technonicol on the combination of materials for the insulation of foundations. After that, we were ready to make a big order. The order of materials will be made from other suppliers, since there are accumulated discounts. but!.. the phone was not picked up, the consultation on the materials was not received, I am waiting for a callback every day... Interestingly, the management of Technonicol in the Russian Federation is aware of this attitude of its representatives in the Republic of Belarus to customers?..

Terribly long service. I waited 40-50 minutes for my turn, although I was 4th. I waited another 15 minutes for them to calculate. The movers are lazy, they brought the order and went about their business. In general, I do not recommend it.

The bottom is full. Prices are like in many other places, while the company store. There is no location. You leave an order through the website, writes delivery 0p. Online payment writes an error. The next morning in the mail: the order is confirmed. No delivery date, no confirmation of the cost - nothing. I write via chat on the website, in response: wait, they will call you. An hour has passed, judging by the name, the same employee is calling: you can pick up today from 9 to 18, we are not working on Sat and Sun. On the question of delivery, a vague verbal flow: there is cargo transport, you have 33kg of goods, it's easier to pick up yourself, delivery is not free, this is a failure on the site. Probably to go to Khatezhino during working hours is the norm of life for their customers. Flag in hand with such a service, it's not for nothing that I've bypassed your store before.
