There are practically no queues on weekdays, there are much more people on weekends, so if you want efficiency, then do not postpone going to the bank on Saturday. The bank's employees are very polite, they will always help and tell you. The attitude towards customers is excellent. There is a children's table with coloring books, which is very convenient for those with children.

A disgusting bank. It seemed to me that I was ready (I was warned), but it turned out to be much worse than expected. I went to pick up the card, checked in to the electronic queue, waited for an hour and did not move a single step in the queue!, i.e., or I was the only one there who needed a card operation. Well, or it's too early for someone who set up an electronic queue to do such things. All this hour I watched bored operators, their boredom was relieved by one, maximum two clients. Tired of waiting, he would ask for help, where I was comforted that I would wait for my card in three hours. This is with completely free operators and a queue missing in my index. I would like to ask: Why do you need to share an electronic queue? Make a general one so that at least you will be able to estimate the waiting time. It's not even waiting that kills, but the inability to estimate how long it will take. This, in turn, forces you to stay in a bank branch. In a crowd, like a herring in a jar. I have never met such a bestial attitude in more than one bank, moreover, I did not even imagine that such a thing was possible now. God forbid anyone should be served in this bank. P.S. Pre-registration does not work either, it's good that I took the ticket to the general queue. I got to one of those bored operators. There are no questions for employees, the question is about the organization of service, which is easiest to explain by malicious intent, and not by something else.

Disgusting, just disgusting! Each visit to this department takes at least 90 minutes! Minimum. It's not the operators and cashiers who are to blame, they work quickly, the pot-bellied management of the organization is to blame, which, with the usual rudeness of all Belarusian employers, does not replace all the necessary workers. Who would have thought that a branch in the city center, located in one of the central stores, would have high traffic? Right? It's impossible to guess! I greedy that they pay workers little (because they are greedy by definition), why are they greedy? Yes, because a normal manager is interested in providing 2 things: - customer satisfaction; - satisfaction of the working team. If a customer sits in line for 2 hours, we drain the customer orientation into the toilet. If they cannot provide the necessary number of operators and cashiers (in a country where unemployment is not low), then they either pay little or do not shift the required number of workers. I think there are both factors here. Apparently, the heads of the branch and the bank as a whole did not care about customers, employees and the economy of the country. Or maybe they're just being led by blatant laymen? Can we add jobs in a huge, half-empty hall and pay a normal salary? And the costs will be covered by the shaft (yes, yes, it is possible, not to steal on the course, but to make a profit at the expense of the shaft)?
