In the evening, you don't have to go in - "left" coupons appear in the queue, which just take time for the staff, and twenty minutes before closing they ask to leave because of the large number of coupons. In fact: 5 people were sitting, coupons without people were repeated for 25 minutes. In general: don't waste your time.
Eternal queues. To enter this bank is to lose 1.5 hours of time. The staff is working slowly. Why is it impossible to somehow allocate employees to operations? Hire more staff.
