Typical PC "masters": - On the main site, check-out and diagnostics are free (in fact misleading and free only if you do not refuse repairs) - at a meeting and by phone, the amount of one actually doubled and the cost approached the price of a new part - They do not agree on the cost of repairs, but they do and put it in front of the fact (it is indicated on the website that we will not start repairs without approval) - Include in the cost of repair the departure of the master ( which is free during repair ) to the question why I have to pay for it, the answer is "well, if you're sorry, don't pay" - they delete all correspondence from their side so that it would be difficult to prove something - the funny thing is, there was a problem with the board to exclude all options, I changed the bios battery on the board to a new "duracell" as a result, the "cool masters" took it out and put a cheap Chinese one😁 - the certificate of acceptance of the part is not drawn up - the checks and the act of completed work were made only after I threatened and said that I demand to receive the check and the act In general, the Cantor is questionable, and I want to note that everything was done satisfactorily, but when the owner of this office himself says "the master made a mistake and named the wrong repair cost, but you pay for it", then this indicates the level. P.S. I add to the review once the company cannot admit that they are crooked: they gave me a price of 40 rubles, and as a result it turned out to be 80 (the price doubled from the initial one and they did not coordinate this with me, it reached 60 already during the clarification), introduced in fact a non-free, by phone I asked if your check-out is free? They said yes, they did not inform me that it is free only for repairs, as they say, if you are already disgraced, then disgrace yourself to the end. Why was the correspondence deleted from Viber?))) because there was a price indicated at 40 rubles, well, anyway, as I said: I do not advise anyone to contact, typical PC masters)))

I want to thank the PC-Service team, and personally Master Andrey, they helped out a lot. I was at work in Minsk, and as luck would have it, my laptop got stuck, then I gave out a blue screen altogether. On the advice of friends, I called the PC-Service. I turned to PC-Service due to constant problems with my laptop, recently I began to get very warm and often turn off. No nerves could stand it. As a result, it turned out that the laptop needed to be cleaned of debris and the thermal paste replaced. In the end, everything was done, the laptop worked like new. Thanks!
