I bought a washing machine and a kettle in this store, i.e. in installments. I didn't like that the delivery was paid, we agreed that I would wait for delivery within a few hours, but they didn't bring it, I called back myself and they told me that they had nothing to make delivery on. They say the car went to the state farm and the other driver does not get in touch. I ask them why don't you call, don't warn them, and in response, like they wanted to call and you called. I had to find a car myself and take it out. Their delivery is 2000 thousand, I don't think it's expensive, but the fact is that from the store to my house it takes 5 minutes to walk, to which they replied that it's still 2 thousand. I took a taxi, there is a stop for 500 tenge in front of the store. Such a difference in cost and no service. Like everything is already decorated and bought and there is no need to fuss. The bonus was given in the form of a check for the amount of about two thousand and then when buying the next product within a month. I bought a semi-automatic machine for 87 thousand 999 and a kettle for 11 thousand 999. In a word, I did not like the service!
