The store is not even worthy of 1 star... In order: I decided to buy a large 75" diagonal TV for a small amount, paid for 2 years of warranty, a TV suspension and bought a separate bracket for it. What was brought on the same day, here yes - well done. Otherwise, everything turned out to be sad. In the evening after delivery, the "adjusters-installers" arrived and said that the wrong bracket and that they would not hang on the purchased bracket because it simply would not withstand the weight of the TV. Well, they offered to put the TV on the bedside table for now. We turned it on, launched a broken pixel check on YouTube, and that's it. During the evening of watching TV, defects were identified, and it was decided to return the TV the next day, just on Monday. On Monday morning I went to the store to return the bracket and collect the money for setting up and suspension, to which I was told that I had to pay 20K for allegedly installing and configuring the TV. what??? For putting it on the leg and turning on the video on YouTube, pay 20K??? Okay, I paid, but initially I went with the desire to exchange for another TV in the same store, but these 20K discouraged all desire to take anything at all in this "store". As a result: somehow they returned 795K for everything (TV, services) and then I had to go to another store because there was no money here, although they knew that I would bring a purchase for a refund... In conclusion: I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO BUY ANYTHING. Think carefully before coming here. Perhaps you will save your nerves and time. Alas, no one will compensate me for the time spent .... "To the installers-adjusters" big hello (no!)
A very poor assortment of goods, little choice. If something happens, it is either from a warehouse in Almaty, or from somewhere else in the village of KUKUYEVKA. Which goes to URALSK for at least 2 weeks, or even a couple of months. Also, sales consultants in most cases do not even know what is available in this store where they work at this time. They have to teach the buyer what and where they have on display, this is a very disgusting service!!! Taking all this into account, in addition, the product is given unpacked, very dirty, dusty... Such a feeling develops, it seems as if this product was found in a garbage pit, or it has been in use by someone for a long time!
