The director, Kristina Bryzhova, refused to make a refund, and delayed registration to the service center (which I initially agreed to). She talked in an unpleasant tone and tried very hard to get out of herself. As a result, they did not accept the technique, I will try again tomorrow. For the future, guys, there is trouble with the return in this branch. Even with evidence, the technique is not accepted. And the director, the face of the company, is incompetent and boorish. Dear management of Technodom, I ask you to reconsider the candidacy of the director. I discouraged a regular customer from coming to your store at all, I don't say anything about shopping at all.
