The terrible attitude of the cashier Kristina Alexandrovna to the client (unfortunately, the last name is not written who provides the service, which is very strange), elementary requests are ignored for currency exchange. The cashier behaved rudely, defiantly and went into conflict instead of developing loyalty towards me as a bank customer. I do not advise visiting this exchanger, it is better to walk a few meters to the next one, judging by previous comments, I am not the only one who is dissatisfied. Management, take action against your incompetent employees, because unfortunately the complaint book is located at the head office of Kropotkin, 44.

Terrible attitude towards the client! They gave the illuminated bills, refused to take them back. I do not recommend visiting this currency exchange office. Always check the currency that is given to you by the "excellent" staff of this institution
