The handle turned in the balcony door and stopped performing its functions. A friend recommended contacting companies that sell accessories for PVC windows. There is no customer service. It is unclear with whom to conduct a dialogue on the order. The manager immediately pointed at the door without looking up. Since a client was sitting next to her, she decided not to bother with unnecessary communication and apparently asked me to wait outside. After the visitor or client left, no one invited them to enter the office. I would also like to add about the dissatisfied faces of the employees. Well, just like the post office or the registry office at the clinic.
