English communication could be better, but a year has passed and it’s still tough to get your point along. Finding a Russian-speaking employee could be a life saver, while fluency in English isn’t as frequent.

They served quickly, and a woman who spoke Russian got caught. Everything was explained, even stupid questions were answered. They were very polite. I didn't have 50 GEL with me for the opening and I was told that I could bring it in when approved, i.e. in 5 days

It was possible to withdraw money from Contact. One of the few places in Tbilisi where it was possible to do this.
