The organization disappointed, the polite girl on the phone, the polite manager in the warehouse and the unsatisfactory result of cooperation.
By phone, to assess the quality of the goods, it was suggested to send a photo or come personally to evaluate, the photo did not cause any questions, for the sake of reinsurance, it was decided to go to the warehouse to inspect the board personally, the manager conducted a tour of the territory and showed the available nomenclature. Based on the availability of materials in stock and changed needs, we formed an application, calculated, and paid. The manager promptly called the driver, specified the time and cost of delivery, everything was going well and caused a positive impression about the organization.
In fact, what was brought:
~ there are no complaints about two positions: the board is smooth, clean
~ according to the third bar, in places it is normal, in places there are pockets of black mold, not very pleasant, but in general it will do for work purposes, although they differed from what the warehouse manager showed
~ the fourth position is the most amazing: there were 12 boards of this size in the order, four pieces (of normal quality) were delivered in the carthey lay at the very top of the entire order, 8 more pieces were stacked at the very bottom, in order to consider them, you need to unload almost all the material from the car. These same 8 boards of 1-2 grades can be seen in the photo.
I absolutely do not believe in coincidence, I do not know whether the company's policy is to put an illiquid in the order or a personal initiative on the part of movers / managers, the impression of the company is spoiled.
